Ines Bernhardt was born in Freiberg in 1969. After completing her commercial apprenticeship she studied business administration in Weimar. From 1991 to 1993 she worked as an assistant tax adviser and then managed a regional office of a nationwide tax consulting and auditing firm. Ines Bernhard was appointed as tax adviser in 2002 and established her own office in 2003. Currently Ines Bernhardt is taking part in advanced education to specialize in company valuations.

She joined BSKP in 2006.
