Alexander Hohlweck was born in Tiengen in 1968. After completing his apprenticeship as a banker, he went on to study business administration at Mannheim University focusing on taxes, tax law, banking and financing. From 1997 to 2002 he worked as an assistant auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Frankfurt/Main. Late in 2002 Alexander Hohlweck joined the Frankfurt/Main office of the Stuttgart-based Dr. Ott Audit Tax GmbH as a tax adviser. After his appointment in 2005 as certified accountant he became a managing partner and was director of the company’s registered office in Stuttgart until the end of 2008.

He joined BSKP in 2009.
