Jörg Neuber was born in Freiberg in 1973. He studied law at Dresden University of Technology and was admitted to the bar in 2000. He became a specialist in criminal law (Fachanwalt für Strafrecht) in 2006. He completed an advanced training course to obtain the title of “Specialist in insurance law”.

He joined BSKP in 2008.
