Renting & letting – We can advise, support and represent letting agents, landlords and tenants in the area of housing law and commercial tenancy law, from contract negotiations to handover of the premises once the tenancy agreement ends.

We regularly check tenancy agreements in line with the current legislative requirements and case law. We can spot invalid clauses such as ‘aesthetic repairs’ immediately and provide the necessary advice and assistance.

We can also take on out-of-court correspondence for you – issuing warnings and giving notice to tenants who fail to pay the rent. If it is not possible to settle the matter out of court, we can commence legal actions for payment or possession on your behalf.

In the specialist area of commonhold property law, we advise property managers and proprietors in owners’ associations in the event of disputes between owners, with the manager, or with third parties.

Our services range from reviewing purchase and management contracts, providing advice before and during an owners’ meeting (e.g. with regard to the majority needed for a decision to be passed), collecting maintenance fees, challenging decisions and representation in law suits, and actions for payment and cases concerning defects.
