Ongoing legislative activities, both in Germany and at European level, and the increasingly diverse range of decisions taken by procurement chambers and higher regional courts make expert assistance in procurement processes essential.

We have a broad range of experience in this area, including procurement assistance for public bodies at the specifications stage, representation in review procedures and in relation to secondary claims, e.g. claims for damages.
