Treatment & liability – Our work is based on defending liability claims brought against medical service providers, e.g. for alleged wrong treatment as the result of a doctor’s or dentist’s work. There is no standardised ‘doctor’s law’ for these cases. Instead, we work with a large number of individual laws, standards and liability regulations from civil law that relate to doctors and patients.

We provide conceptual and strategic advice to doctors based on the constantly changing law in the area of healthcare.
