Contract & consumer protection – The heart of our insurance law work is the relationship between insurance companies and policy holders. We help both sides – from the request for an insurance contract to the end of the policy, in all branches of the insurance industry. As well as private health insurance and life assurance, our work covers issues relating to third-party liability insurance law, and disputes relating to private disability insurance. We advise policy holders about their duty of disclosure and about specific policy details. We also help policy holders assert justified claims and help insurance companies oppose unjustified claims.
