Martin Adam was born in Freiberg/Saxony in 1973. He studied law at Dresden University of Technology and was admitted to the bar in 1999. He became a specialist in employment law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht) in 2006. He passed the theoretical exams to become a specialist in construction and architects’ law as well.

He joined BSKP in 1999.
