Christian Rothfuß was born in Freiburg in 1966 and studied law at the University in Freiburg/Breisgau. He was admitted to the bar in 1995. He became a specialist in employment law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht) in 2004.
He joined BSKP in 2009.
