Employment law
Dismissal & remuneration – Our employment law team offers comprehensive advice on issues of private and collective employment law to both employers and employees. We support companies in all personnel matters, from signing employment contracts to producing job references. We develop individual remuneration, profit-sharing and working time models and give advice on drawing up contracts for board members. As well as examining and optimising employment law-related regulations and agreements, we can also assist with personnel reductions or represent clients in proceedings against unlawful dismissal.
Another key area of our work is providing support when disputes arise relating to wage claims, transfers of personnel and wage scale classifications – all of this in conjunction with non-competition clauses. We apply well-balanced concepts to provide comprehensive professional assistance to companies introducing operational changes, business transfers and outsourcing. Where necessary, we will negotiate reconciliation of interests and social/redundancy plans on your behalf in arbitration committee proceedings. In doing so, we will of course take into account all aspects of corporate, tax and social insurance law.
