Oliver Kispert was born in Hagen in 1964. He studied law in Berlin, Lausanne (CH) and Dallas (U.S.A.) and economics at the Open University of Hagen. In 1992 he obtained the title of Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law (LL.M) from SMU Dallas. He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Berlin and at the German Embassy in Tokyo.
Lawyer Kispert set up the RKKM law firm in Berlin in 1998. The economic and tax law division of that law firm merged with Dr. Broll, Dr. Seid, Kaufmann & Partner in 2011. As a specialist in tax law (Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht) and in commercial and corporate law (Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht) he provides advisory service to enterprises in issues of corporate law, tax law and insolvency law and represents them in audits and in criminal law proceedings related to businesses.
Mr Kispert lectures on economic and professional law at the GfS – Association for Advanced Education in Tax Law (Gesellschaft zur Fortbildung im Steuerrecht mbH) in Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Dresden and Munich.
He joined BSKP in 2011.
