Reinhold Vaas was born in Ellwangen in 1961. After his business finance training at the fiscal authorities of Baden-Württemberg he went on to study business administration at the Württemberg Academy for Administration and Business. He was a partner in the MFP Morlock Faigle & Partner Wirtschaftsprüfer Steuerberater Rechtsbeistand partnership in Ludwigsburg. In 1990 Reinhold Vaas was appointed as tax adviser and in 2005 as certified auditor.

Reinhold Vaas has given lectures for the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (district of Ludwigsburg), for various associations and private educational institutions.

He joined BSKP in 2008.
