Falk Schneider was born in Freiberg in 1963. He studied business administration at Leipzig University. In 1999 he was appointed as tax adviser. Falk Schneider was a partner in an auditing and tax consulting firm until 2001. He then changed to an international corporate group to work as a tax adviser.

He joined BSKP in 2009.
