Hans-Joachim Broll was born in 1960. He studied economics at Hohenheim University. His career started in Stuttgart with Dr. Lipfert GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (now: PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in 1985. After obtaining his doctoral degree in 1989 he was appointed as tax adviser.
Dr Broll gives lectures for several Chambers of Industry and Commerce, for various credit institutions and for the Baden-Württemberg film academy.
He founded BSKP in 1990.
