Chris Möhlig was born in Mainz in 1980. He studied taxes and auditing at SRH College Calw and graduated as Master of Arts (M.A.). In 2010 the Tax Advisers’ Association of Hesse (Steuerberaterkammer Hessen) appointed him tax adviser. During his career he worked for several auditing and tax consulting firms in Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt/Main.

He joined BSKP in 2010.
