Bernd Morgenroth was born in Freiburg i.Br. in 1964. He studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Lausanne (Switzerland). He completed his legal traineeship in Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe and Miami (U.S.A.). He was admitted to the bar in 1994 and has been a specialist in construction and architects’ law (Fachanwalt für Bau- und Architektenrecht) since 2005. In addition Lawyer Morgenroth has worked as a conciliator/ arbitrator according to the construction-related arbitration rules (SOBau) of the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwalt Verein e.V.) since 2000.

Bernd Morgenroth lectures and publishes on a regular basis on subjects in construction law, public procurement law, architects’ law and real property issues.

He joined BSKP in 1993.
