Jens Vogler was born in Berlin in 1964. He studied economics at Humboldt-University in Berlin and received the degree of Diplom-Ökonom. He was admitted to practise as a tax adviser in 1997 and appointed as certified accountant in 2001. From 1995 on, Jens Vogler worked as manager of the Dr. Ott Audit Tax GmbH, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Steuerberatungsgesellschaft in Frankfurt/Main. In 2001 he became a managing partner of the Dr. Ott Audit Tax GmbH, Wirtschaftsprüfungs-
gesellschaft, Steuerberatungsgesellschaft. Jens Vogler is co-founder of the Dr. von der Lippe GmbH Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft law firm in Frankfurt/Main.

He joined BSKP in 2009.
