Hermann Hess was born in Marbach on the Neckar in 1975. Having taken his commercial O-levels, he completed his training as assistant tax adviser, followed by advanced training as tax specialist (Steuerfachwirt). Mr Hess was appointed as tax adviser by the Stuttgart Tax Advisers’ Association (Steuerberaterkammer Stuttgart) in 2003. Starting in 2005 he was a partner in the MFP Morlock Faigle & Partner Wirtschaftsprüfer Steuerberater Rechtsbeistand law firm.

Hermann Hess works for the Stuttgart Tax Advisers’ Association (Steuerberaterkammer Stuttgart) on an honorary basis as deputy district commissioner for the rural district of Ludwigsburg.

He joined BSKP in 2008.
