Dr Seid was born in Stuttgart in 1967. He studied economics at Augsburg University with a particular focus on tax and auditing/ controlling. He obtained a doctoral degree after his postgraduate studies on “Integration management of acquired enterprises” at the Universities of Augsburg and Hagen. Subsequently Dr Seid worked with medium-sized and large auditing firms, including two years as manager in the M&A department. In 2002 he joined the MFP Morlock Faigle & Partner Wirtschaftsprüfer Steuerberater Rechtsbeistand law firm as successor of the senior partner. The MFP and BSKP law firms merged to form the current partnership, of which Dr Seid has been one of the name-giving and managing partners since 2008.

Dr Seid gives lectures at the Chambers of Industry and Commerce as well as at banks and at other institutions.

He joined BSKP in 2002.
